All product hire periods are for 48 hours, unless otherwise pre-arranged.

Instructions for washing and care
Once you have finished using our glasses, please clean them according to the instructions below and repack them into the provided tubs. Ensure that the glasses are packed securely, as they can rub against each other during transit.

Washing and Care Instructions
Most polycarbonate items can be cleaned with mild detergent and warm water.
Use a soft cotton cloth or a soft-bristled brush to clean glasses.
Avoid using anything that may scratch the glass, as this can happen easily.
DO NOT use a dishwasher, as this will discolour the glasses.
If you prefer, I can wash your glassware for you for an additional fee of $30 per tub.
Damaged or unreturned glasses will incur a charge of $9 per unit.

Market Umbrellas
​Our umbrellas come with 18 kg base stands, which work best on flat ground. If you feel that additional stability is needed, we recommend using pegs.
Once you have finished using the umbrellas, please fold them down before leaving the event. Our umbrellas are not designed to withstand strong winds. To prevent any damage, it’s best to close them until the wind passes. Please repack the umbrellas into the provided bags for collection.
Damaged or not returned, will incur a charge of $350 per unit will apply.
